2. Refund Policy

Astro Meet follows a strict no-refund policy once services are delivered.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Completed chat or call consultations

• Used or partially used consultation minutes

• Dissatisfaction with predictions or advice

• Incorrect user actions or misunderstandings

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment is deducted but service is not initiated due to a technical error

• The issue is reported within 24 hours of the transaction

• The claim is verified by Astro Meet’s support team

All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Astro Meet.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel a consultation before it starts

• Once a chat or call session has begun, cancellation is not allowed

• Unused wallet balance (if applicable) is non-transferable and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise
